With all of the craziness surrounding wedding planning, work, and living our best lives, we have been so busy doing, doing, doing. We were so excited when Kara, owner of Body Bar Spa, invited us out to try out some of her best services.
Thanks to an invite from Body Bar Spa, we had the opportunity to enjoy their amenities in exchange for some social media love and a blog post. All opinions are our own.
Last weekend, Ryan and I spent a few hours pampering ourselves with full on pedicures and relaxing facials thanks to Body Bar Spa. We took the drive about 30 minutes up to Westchase and arrived to a quaint, little spot.
Walking in, we were greeted by the staff and escorted back to our spa rooms. I began with a pedicure (which I haven’t done many of) while snacking on treats and sipping on a mimosa, while Ryan got set up for his relaxing facial.
After about an hour, we switched rooms and went on to our second spa treatment. The staff was so welcoming and really made us both feel very comfortable. What is great about Body Bar Spa is all of the wonderful services they offer. Leila worked on our pedicures and Ang did our facials. Both women were great and helped provide nice and relaxing treatment sessions.
Body Bar Spa recently teamed up with Jenny Molloy of 3 Wishes Aesthetics, which offers botox, dermal fillers, and skin repair services. The two brands fit seamlessly together and provide a wide variety of options for clients. With services ranging from mani/pedis, facials, massages, waxing/ sugaring (you HAVE to check that out), blowouts, haircuts and styling, and all that Jenny offers, there is literally a service for everyone.
If you are looking to try out something new and want to treat yourself, then you should definitely stop by Body Bar Spa and 3 Wishes Aesthetics and book a day of rest and relaxation. You won’t be disappointed.
