After ten years together, we are finally getting married and we are so excited you can join us for our big day on March 10th, 2017 in Tampa, Florida! Some of you may be wondering what does “NHIE Tampa Bay” stand for? Well, we have been blogging about everything local to Tampa for the past four years and this is our website! “NHIE” stands for Never Have I Ever. We explore our city, uncovering a variety of things we have never tried or have never been to before. It keeps our lives here in Florida fresh and fun and we hope you will explore the site to get a sneak peek at what you can expect to find during your stay here. With that being said, this site is a work in progress and we will continue to update it as we get closer to our big day. Until then, here is some info that may be helpful to all of our guests:
Accommodations
The Catania/ Sullivan Wedding Block occurring (March 9, 2017 – March 12, 2017) has been created for our guests at Le Meridien Tampa. As a guest you can access the Le Meridien Tampa site to to book, modify, or cancel a reservation from now until March 13, 2017.

Transportation
Uber
The hotel is situated in the heart of Downtown Tampa, which has tons of great restaurants and activities within walking distance. But, for those of our guests who need a ride and are new to Uber, wedding guests who enter code “NHIElovedUmore” will receive $20 off your first ride!

Taxi service is available from the Hotel, 24 hours.
- Taxi from and to the Tampa International Airport is approx. $13 (one-way)
- Taxi to the Port of Tampa costs approx. $5 (one-way)
- Taxi from the St. Petersburg Airport costs approx. $57 (one-way)
- Taxi to the Amtrak Railway Station costs approx. $4 (one-way)
By TECO Streetcar System
The TECO Streetcar System is an electric streetcar which connects Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, and the Channel district. TECO Streetcar has runs approximately every 15 to 30 minutes. Look for the TECO Streetcar map and fares on the TECO Streetcar Website.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday: 12 pm – 10 pm
Friday – Saturday: 11 am – 2 am (1:30 am northbound to Whiting Station)
Sunday: 12 pm – 8 pm
By Hotel Shuttle
The hotel provides one, 10 passenger bus for complimentary transportation to local business offices within 3 miles of the hotel. This is not a Airport Shuttle. Based on availability.
