If you know us well, then you know that Ryan has been to Asia many times; studying abroad in college, back in 2016 he went for work, and he is heading back around the world in a few short weeks for more travels. During his study abroad in Hong Kong, I was lucky enough to get a week long visit in over spring break where we got to experience the culture head on. We ate TONS of amazing dishes and toured all of the major tourist sights. So when Hawkers in St. Pete invited us to come out for a tasting, we could NOT turn it down!

Thanks to a partnership with Hawkers St. Pete, we had the opportunity to taste their new menu options in exchange for some social media love and this blog post. All opinions are our own.

The idea behind Hawkers is to provide diners with a selection of some of the best “street food” recipes around. It’s sort of like tapas-style Asian food, which is something we love! When the portions are shareable, we are able to order more to taste! So after we ordered a cocktail or two, we moved on to chowing down!

Our favorites were the Crispy Chicken Skins, Dim Sum Crunchy Balls, and Chicken Pad Thai. The best part is…the new menu has so many options that we can probably eat there 10 more times and never repeat a dish!

We don’t tend to venture across the bridge quite enough because we are always so busy, but Hawkers now definitely gives us a reason to! Check out all of the highlights and let us know what you love to get at Hawkers!
