Sometimes nights in are as enjoyable or more enjoyable than shenanigans out on the town. We even like a good charcuterie with some wine to get us over our hump day blues.

For those of you who didn’t know, wine is sort of a hobby of ours. So when we heard that we could have glasses of wine delivered to our door on a monthly basis, we were ALL over the opportunity. Vinebox is fun; it makes for a really unique gift idea too! With each box providing three tastings and details about the wine and where it is made, it’s like bringing the vineyards right into your living room! And these are not just any wines, the ones they carry can’t be found locally.
And we know what you are thinking, “Where did they get that professional charcuterie board?” Look no further. One of our favorite things to do is pull together meats, cheeses, spreads, and breads for a friends gathering or to replace dinner altogether.
Everything you see, we picked up from our local supermarket except for the jam. Sqirl is an LA based preserve company that whips up modern recipes according to techniques from the 1500s (whatever that means). “Elephant Heart Plum Jam”? Didn’t know what that was either, but it paired great with the meats and cheeses we had!
We highly recommend making some time for yourself, even if that means signing up for Vinebox so that once a month you are reminded to take a break, make a charcuterie board (or whatever you love), sit back, relax, and enjoy a unique wine from around the world.
