We anticipated Coachella would be amazing but it is hard to put into words how amazing it truly was for us! It was filled with great music, an awesome backdrop (which worked for great photos) plus the food and people were incredible. We can’t thank our friends and the local brands that helped us look “Coachella” ready, travel in style and stay fresh in the desert.
That is why we want to share some photos and insights from our travels, especially if you are traveling there for weekend two or thinking about going next year.
Packing was a breeze with help from Hazel & Dot. This “Dapper” dopp kit kept all our toiletries organized.
It wouldn’t be a great flight without a cocktail and The Carry On Cocktail Kit from Hazel & Dot makes it that much better!

We landed in LAX and has about a three hour ride to Palm Springs because of traffic. Palm Springs is about 30 minutes north of the festival site. Its a beautiful city with lots of great views.

On day one, we got to the festival early around 4pm. It doesn’t sound early because the gates open at 11am. However, its a long night and the dry desert plus the heat creates conditions for a longgggg day. Most people we spoke to arrive around 4-6pm. Our first concert was my current favorite pop band, Years & Years.

The scenery at the festival was just amazing! The grounds are filled with huge artwork, lots of colorful displays and massive amounts of people!
One of the best performances of Friday was, hands down, Ellie Goulding on the main stage.
We kicked off day two by heading to the Republic Records Coachella party. The house was an awesome way to kick off the day. The yard was filled with games, had a pool and some sweet performances from artists that are on their label. We got to experience DNCE and Powers when we were there on Saturday.

After we spent a few ours front and center at the Republic Stage, we headed over to the festival for some serious music! We started out early at the main stage with CHVRCHES, Disclosure and Ice Cube. During each break we would make our way closer to the stage for Guns N’ Roses.

Thankfully we had our resident photog and videographer with us during the action. Chad captured this amazing video of Guns N’ Roses, that you now, get to enjoy. This was the finale to their three hour set on Saturday night.
On day three we chilled at the house because we were exhausted form the walking, dry air and desert dust. It was a nice time to relax and get ready for the last day of our trip.

The last day was filled with food, art and music. We couldn’t ask for anything more. It was truly a great way to end an awesome weekend.
Our entire trip was truly an unforgettable one! We can’t wait to start planning for next year.

And until next year, “Besame Mucho.”
Peace, Love & Music,
Ryan & Nicholas
So jealous of your trip — but in a good way! Coachella is on my bucket list and I hope to make it happen one day. Plus, those sunglasses & shirts, I want them for myself!
