Downtown Tampa will be taken over again this weekend, March 12th-13th, for Gasparilla Music Fest 2016 in Curtis Hixon Park and we couldn’t be MORE excited! If you have been following us for a while, you know that we LOVE all of the local artists and concerts that happen around Tampa Bay. We only stopped in last year to see a show or two, but two years ago, we had the chance to attend GMF and LOVED it. You can read about that experience HERE.
If that doesn’t entice you, check out the sick lineup for this year! We are super pumped for MS MR (who we saw last year at Big Guava).

And what’s great about this year is all of the new initiatives and upgrades the GMF team has worked tirelessly to make possible. These initiatives include, Recycled Tunes, a recycling project for local schools in need of musical instruments through Don Banks Music, a partnership with Tampa’s Whitwam Organics to support the composting of any leftover food from vendors, and a local collab with Tampa Bike Valet to support an easy and responsible way to get to and from the event, just to name a few.
