With the holiday hoedown coming to a close and all the focus on ringing in the New Year, we got together to discuss the different parties happening around town to decide which we would most like to attend. After last year’s hardcore party atop Timpano Chophouse in Hyde Park Village (check it out here), it was pretty easy to choose where to go, The Rooftop Eve Party!
Although there are some changes to the party this year (i.e. the lack of a ROOFTOP and the relocation to the spot near the soon to be Ferg’s Live downtown near Amalie Arena), we KNOW this will be the place to be this New Year’s Eve. With the weather being beyond beautiful right now around the Bay Area, we are looking forward to the endless top shelf drinks all night long and the convenience of not having to catch a cab or call for a Lyft or Uber. This year, the rooftop crew has stepped up their game and are providing shuttle services at different stops around town to make it easy for EVERYONE to indulge in delicious cocktails without having the hassle of the boozy drive home. The map above shows all the stops along the shuttle route. Oh and did we mention, the views of the Channelside Fireworks show are supposed to be amazing?!
Another great perk of attending this event is the fact that one of the beneficiaries this year are our close friends at The Ryan Nece Foundation. We love supporting local organizations and causes, especially ones that are doing such awesome things for the youth in our area. So get out your snazziest outfit, pop a bottle or four of champs and ring in the new year in style when The Rooftop Eve Goes Downtown: City Nights. We will see you there!
